Surgical management of fused 3rd and 4th molars. A case report

چکیده
O objetivo do presente artigo é relatar o caso de um paciente jovem sexo masculino que compareceu ao ambulatório Cirurgia da Faculdade Odontologia Araçatuba-Unesp com a presença dente supranumerário, 4º molar, fusionado terceiro molar inferior esquerdo. Foi solicitada radiografia panorâmica, evidenciando duas coroas unidas e também união radicular, totalizando 3 raízes. Assim, tratamento proposto foi extração seccionamento dentário em partes, considerando tamanho elemento quantidade A cirurgia transcorreu sem intercorrências pós-operatório realizado após 7 dias para retirada sutura. podemos concluir que, definir diagnóstico plano tratamento, necessário exame clínico completo uma anamnese criteriosa, tendo sempre à mão os exames imagem.
